3. Products
The products sold are described and presented as accurately as possible. Images are non-contractual. All products are sold while supplies last.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code (for auto-entrepreneurs).
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed separately at checkout.
5. Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing their order.
6. Payment
Payments are secure and may be made by credit card via stripe on the checkout page.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.
Exceptions:

Unsealed products (e.g., opened booster packs) are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and verified.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code).
